Last Thursday, May 9, 2024, I donated a Marian painting to a SOLT fundraiser at Our Lady of Corpus Christi. It was placed on live auction. The painting is the 2nd of a Marian series that I am creating. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, this series is about all the things that our Blessed Mother Mary kept in her heart. A peek into the unknown childhood events of our Lord Jesus Christ.
This painting was close to my heart as well and was hard to part but in a dream, Mother Mary encouraged me to donate it. She knew exactly where it was going because the winners of the painting kindly donated it to their parish, St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Robstown, TX. The painting will be hung on the wall of their youth center known as St. Francis House, where many future priests/religious will see it. Brought tears in my eyes.
